Registration Process

Why do I have to register? Top
For your convenience, when purchasing a ticket through the website the first time, you will only need to enter the information necessary to process your ticket like your gender, contact number, meal preference, date of birth etc. once. Once you have a profile, you can make future bookings without re-entering your information, as well as check the status of your current booking. You may update your profile at any time by clicking Profile Manager on the services page on the Quest2Travel web site or through phone by calling 22-66141111, sending a fax to 22-4474848 or sending an email to info@quest2travel.com.

How do I register? Top
The registration process is really easy. Click on the travel link given on participating bank websites or type www.quest2travel.com in your url. It will take you to the Quest2travel website where you will have to fill a form for registering for travel services. The form will have a dropdown of participating banks. Select a bank of your choice. You will receive an SMS on successful registration giving you the Quest2travel Customer ID (CustID) along with an email giving you the User Name and password.

Why do I have to register? Top
Yes. Quest2travel is a closed website. The registration process is only for bank customers or corporates.

Can my User Name be changed? Top
No. Once your registration process is complete you cannot change your User Name.

How can I change my password? Top
You can change your password by clicking on Change My Password.

How do I logon to your website? Top
You can logon to a participating bank website and follow the link to our website or you can directly go to our url www.quest2travel.com. Enter your user name and password and press enter.

What is a Customer ID (CustID)? Top
This is a unique number allotted to you at the time you register with Quest2Travel for the first time. You would want to save this number as you could be asked to quote this number for verification when you make changes to your bookings or to access your booking through other channels such as the telephone.

What if I forget the Customer ID (CustID)? Top
You can call up the 24x7 help desk at quest2 travel. The executive will first ask you a few questions to establish your identity and then proceed to advise you of your customer relationship number.

Can I make airline bookings for my family and friends? Top
Yes you can make bookings for family and friends. You will have to create profiles of all persons for whom you want to make a booking. To create profiles of your family and friends click on Profile manager on the services page. Click on the link Add Family Member to the top left of the page. A new page will open up which will allow you to add all details of your family member including the relation.

Airline Bookings

For which Airlines can I book tickets on your website? Top
At present for domestic sectors you can book on all carriers including full service ones like Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, JetLite and Kingfisher as well as low-cost ones such as Air Deccan, SpiceJet, Go, Indigo etc. On the international sectors we issue tickets for all major international carriers.

What are the services that quest2travel offers? Top
Quest2travel offers all travel related service including domestic and international airline ticketing, hotels bookings both domestic as well as international, travel insurance, holiday packages etc.

Delivery of Tickets

Where do I get my ticket? Top
After the booking is complete the e-ticket will be displayed. You can take a print out if you have a printer configured. The same e-ticket will be sent to your email id in your profile. Please carry the e-ticket printout along with a photo ID card such as a passport, driving license, voters ID card etc. to the airline counter at the airport 2 hours before departure.
Incase you do not have access to a printer at the time of booking you can click on "Travel itinerary" on the home page. All your previous itineraries will be listed. Click on the one you want to print. The details of the itinerary will be displayed. Click on Print e-ticket.

What is an e-Ticket? Top
An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with an airline record locator given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce this number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight. This number is printed on your e-ticket.

What if my e-ticket is lost or stolen? Top
An e-ticket is not a cash value document. If you have lost your e-ticket you can take another printout. In case you are on the move and do not have a printer, you can call our help desk for a fax of your e-ticket. This apart every time you book through the quest2travel system, our software automatically sends you details of your booking including your date of travel, airline and flight number, departure city/time and destination city/time, airline PNR etc. via SMS to your mobile. In case you are unable to present a print of your e-ticket use this info to get assistance at the airline counter at the airport.

Payment options

How do I pay for the travel purchases made on Quest2travel? Top
You can pay for any purchases using the Direct Debit facility of participating banks as well as credit card. However the credit card payment facility will be made available to you after you have successfully bought a ticket through the direct debit payment gateway. That apart you can also pay by issuing cheque/demand draft favouring Quest2travel via more than 13 banks and their branch networks across the country.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel the booking? Top
Tickets can be cancelled logging on to quest2travel, clicking Travel Itinerary, click the flight that you want to cancel. The itinerary will be displayed. Click on the cancel button. Your Booking will be cancelled and you will receive an SMS. You can also cancel a booking by calling Quest2Travel on 91 22 66141111. The executive will first ask you a few questions to establish your identity and then assist you on cancellation.

What are the cancellation charges? Top
Cancellation charges vary according to the Airline and the fare at which the ticket was purchased. The cancellation charges will be shown at the time of the booking. Quest2travel charges Rs.200/- as cancellation processing charges. In case of tickets where full refund from the airline is applicable, Quest2travel will levy Rs.200/- as cancellation processing charges.

How do I amend previous bookings? Top
Currently amendment of online bookings is not supported.

When and where will I get a refund for the cancelled tickets? Top
After you have cancelled your tickets your refund will be deposited in the bank account from which the payment was made after debiting the applicable cancellation charges. For all domestic tickets the refund could take 7 to 15 days. For international tickets refunds can take 3 to 4 weeks.
